 Please check that you have gotten all the data you can from the document before submitting.  Dates are very important when browsing through a bibliography, and no bibliographic entry is complete without them.   Once you press "proceed", you get a confirmation message and return to the initial "new reference" page, where you are asked to enter the doc title and type.  In order to see your reference you can:
